I brought this cushion for my study room chair. Firstly I want to appreciate the way my order was managed. I placed my order with wrong house address, bcz of which courier boy was simply not able to locate my address and was not willing to reattempt the delivery again. BBH team proactively helped me get the order delivered. The founder specially called me to ask if the courier was handed over in the right condition or not. I must say their customer service level is extremely good. Secondly, the product is prettier than the picture. Fab embroidery, lovely fabric. Super happy with the quality.
